IC50-to-Ki converter

The IC50-to-Ki converter computes Ki values from experimentally determined IC50 values for inhibitors of enzymes that obey classic Michaelis-Menten kinetics and of protein-ligand interactions (Cer, Mudunuri, Stephens & Lebeda (2009)).
