IC50-to-Ki converter(Protein-Ligand-Inhibitor System)

Please use the default protein concentration [P], ligand concentration [L], dissociation constant Kd, and IC50 to convert to Ki value or enter your own values.

Note that the range of inhibitor potencies that can be resolved in fluorescence polarization-based binding assays is limited by the affinity of the fluorescent ligand. For inhibitors that bind with higher binding affinities than the fluorescent ligand, it is not possible to calculate Ki values because of this assay constraint. (Ref: Huang X. (2003))
